I'm looking for someone to take over my 1 bed flat. Photos were taken 20th Jan, so is an accurate depiction of what the flat looks like right now, unlike some other posts..!!

It's humongous 1 bed flat split over 2 floors in a converted church. It comes with private parking and small front lawn. £1350pcm. Fully furnished to high standards. If you don't have a car you can even rent out the car park for extra cash. It's in a church so I can't stress enough how much storage there is! There's literally storage space in every room.

Closest tube is Northfields (Piccadilly Line) 5 mins walk. Tesco, Sainsburys and corner shops all within walking distance. Approx. 20 minutes to walk to Ealing Broadway.

Fully furnished, kept in excellent condition. New boiler and oven (less than 4 months old). Carpet has also recently been cleaned. Comes with plenty of storage (it’s a very large building!), and has a pantry in the kitchen. Bikes are stored indoors.
