Northfields tube (Piccadilly line) is 10 mins walk, bringing you into central London in under 25 minutes. Brentford overland is 5 mins with a fast service every 15 minutes into Waterloo. The house is close to GSK, Sky and West London University; and the M4 / A40/ M40 corridor. There is also a regular bus service 3 mins walk. And it's just 15 minutes from Heathrow airport.

The entire house has just been refurbished and recarpeted. The spacious double room has a very comfortable new bed and overlooks the garden. It also has a desk. The bathroom is shared with one other lodger, which, in addition to the bath, also has a separate shower cubicle. There is also a second loo and basin on the ground floor.

And there is also a big kitchen with a separate eating area. Parking is available on the street with the purchase of a parking permit, which works out at £2.50/wk. All bills as well has high speed broadband are included. Freshly laundered bedlinen and towels are provided each week.

There is also a good sized garden with eating area. The Northfields area contains useful shops, a mixture of restaurants and cafes. And for walkers and joggers, there are two parks within five minutes walk of the house.

I am in my forties and most of the time work from home, as a journalist and TV producer. I think the room would suit a non-smoking professional looking for peace and quiet in a relaxed, well-cared for home.
