Two double rooms in friendly spacious house

The house is a spacious 3 bedroom house with a sitting room, large dining room / informal living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms (one bath, one shower).

Bedroom 1 is a huge double with excellent storage (walk in dressing room!!) and comes fully furnished. This is the more expensive of the two. Pics to follow shortly. The room is furnished however there is some room for additional furniture if you have any.

Bedroom 2 is a good double sized room, nice and bright with excellent storage space (large wardrobes.) The room is fully furnished.

There is a small front garden and a larger garden at the back, which is a gorgeous sun-trap in warm weather and perfect for sunbathing / bbqs!

The house is situated in a great area. It's on a leafy, quiet road, less than 10 mins walk from Northfields station (Piccadilly line) and 15 mins walk from Ealing Broadway (Central line). Also very close to West Ealing train station which gets you into London Paddington in under 15 minutes. There are parks nearby, a choice of gyms, and lots of nice little cafes and coffee shops literally 2 minutes walk away.

The house is fully furnished and has all the essentials: equipped kitchen, washing machine & dryer, dishwasher, and tv.

Room is available from End of May however there may be some wriggle room for a start date if needed.

The two leaving housemates have been in the houseshare for a long time and love the property, however new jobs have changed circumstances.
