One of the bedrooms in the flat has recently become available as my lovely flatmate is sadly moving out as he has found a new job in east london and the commute from here is just too much for him.
The room that's become available is the smallest of the two, but I am happy to swap and give you the larger room if you prefer having extra space (the master bedroom is really large! The pictures don't give it justice)
The rent for the flat is 1300 pcm, so this is split at 675 pcm for the master bedroom and 625 pcm for the smaller room (bills are not included but come to about 150 a month.)
The flat has a spacious shared living room with dining space and a lovely garden for use to the 4 flats that make the Victorian house. The flat also comes with lovely neighbours who enjoy sharing a drink or a bbq in the garden during the summer. (Very unusual to actually be friends with your neighbours in London but we do it beautifully!!)
The flat comes:
*Fully furnished
*Living room. kitchen, bathroom
*WIFI and TV
*on street parking with a residents permit obtained through the council
The Ealing area offers many nice shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes. Two very large parks are in walking distance of the flat and perfect for a run or a lazy sunny sunday.
The flat is between 10-15 min walking distance from Ealing Broadway, Ealing Common and South Ealing stations, giving you access to the district line, central line, piccadilly line and national railway. Its a great location especially now that the piccadilly line runs 24 hrs on weekends. Night buses from central london will also only take about 20 mins from Marble Arch.
You would be living with me, Lisa. I'm 33 and work as a behaviour analyst with children with autism. I'm British/Italian - grew up in Italy and moved to London to pursue my career 7 years ago. I love being active and practicing sports, but am also extremely lazy and love my downtime. As an Italian I love to cook and can promise you lots of good food, and wine and chat to accompany them. I am looking for someone who would enjoy a chat or a shared meal/drink in the evenings sometimes, but sensitive enough to respect each other's privacy. I have been living in this flat for 5 years and could not be happier here. South Ealing is a very safe area, it's quiet but so close to London that you can be in the middle of it all in 30 mins. This is my home and I am looking for someone who will want to share it with me.
