This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person. We are in our 20s, active and social people and enjoy hanging out together when we can. One of us is a student and the other one works full time.

Living in London can have its moments and so it's important to come back to a friendly, social, happy, comfortable, quiet and safe environment (especially during times of late with the 'you know what' crisis)!

The house is excellently located and is nestled in the middle of a quiet non-through road. At the top of the road is a Big Waitrose and also West Ealing Station which is direct to Heathrow Airport one way and London (Elizabeth Line) the other (literally two minutes walking).

At the bottom of our road is a park and the high street with many different shops within minutes of walking. (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Lidl, Iceland, Wilko and Cudi 24/7 (a really awesome green grocers type thing) and a farmers market 5 min away, to name but a few.

As far as connections to central London go, we couldn't be better placed. Ealing Broadway which is the last stop (so guaranteed seats!) on the Central line is 1 mile / a ten minute walk or a five minute bus ride and also Northfields which is on the Piccadilly line is ten minutes walking through the two large parks (Duck pond included :) . There is also a stop around the corner from us for 2 night express busses, which go too and from Central.

The kitchen has all the necessary appliances including... drum roll please.. A DISHWASHER :) :)

The bathroom has a big jacuzzi bath (that actually works)

The Living room is comfortable with double doors that open to the garden.

We have a tiny little front garden with a rose bush and a nice cast iron fence and gate (very London) and a decked back garden which is perfect for hanging out and BBQ's etc when the weather permits.

The heating works great and the house warms up and is really cosy when it's cold out.

Our neighbors are awesome either side and we are all there for each-other if anyone ever needs anything.

Looking for long term housemates (minimum stay 3 months) - with 1 month notice, and you’ll be expected to assist with finding a replacement/ assisting with viewings etc. as much as possible.
