STUNNING Double luxury room available in a large modern house in Pitshanger Village, EALiNG. The house is 100 metres from Pitshanger park and the high street which has a variety of shops and restaurants. It's a really lovely area. Ealing Broadway / Perivale tube station are nearby.

Me (39 year old tv producer) and the other house mate (male 20's - also works in tv) are looking for 1 easy going and preferably like-minded house mate who likes dogs.

The room is a medium sized bedroom next to the bathroom (on the first floor)

The room has a double bed with a large wardrobe, window looking onto back garden with desk and chest of drawers.

The house itself is a spacious three bedroom home. In fantastic condition throughout, with nice furniture, bi-folding doors leading to a south facing rear astro turf garden. from the kitchen.

There is also a small bathroom downstairs.

If you have a car- there is free parking directly outside on the road. Road and train/tube links are great here.

For you to be a DOG lover is a must as we have a very cuddly large sized dog. He is a very important member of the household. He doesn't go upstairs, he just has the kitchen/ground floor as his area. The house is kept very clean. We also now have a puppy who is totally adorable - she is house trained!
