This is a 2 bedroom flat, where the tenancy is expiring on the 20. Feb.2025. One tenant is moving out on the 8. Dec, and I am looking for someone to fill the room for as much of the remaining 2 months as possible.
I don't expect to find a perfect match for this timeframe, so hit me up and we can discuss time frame and rent, what works for both sides.

You can choose between
1. The ensuite room that doesn't have a bedframe but can come with a desk (if you wish), or
2. The room that has a bedframe but no desk and you might occasionally need to share the master bathroom.

One of the best locations in West London, literally 20 steps from Ealing Broadway station, where you will have access to the Elizabeth line, central line, district line, and about 10 different bus routes.

You are within 3 minutes walk of a Sainsbury, Tesco, Morrison's and M&S, as well as 5 minutes walk from Walpole park.

Bills amount to 1110 all inclusive per month.
Let weekly for 250/week.
But we can negotiate.

WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher included.
Perfect soundproofing so if you need to practice an instrument this might be for you.
Bicycle storage in the cellar, but you can leave it in the living room too.

A bit about your flatmate:
- 25yrold software engineer who sometimes commutes to the center but usually works from home.
- will be away quite a few weekends so you will generally have the living room to yourself.
