Furnished double En suite in Ealing Broadway

I have available in my flat a good sized double bedroom with private bathroom. It is furnished and the new flatmate can feel free to rearrange/change existing furniture that was left by previous flatmate The common areas are the front room and the kitchen (I work full time from a corner of the front room). Price includes bills. Visits will be scheduled all on the same date in mid January, and move is after 4/2. Preference to LGBT+ and vegan applicants, but non-vegan or straight women are also considered if LGBT+ friendly. There’s a small pug in the flat who is my assistance dog. He’s an adorable company and not allowed in the flatmate's room. I am originally from Latin America, identify as female non binary, am vegan and work as a senior manager for a multinational charity. I would like to share my flat with someone who’s more introverted, non-drinker non-smoker and no party in the flat. I am not the landlord - the contract is signed with Dexters representing the landlord (currently I am the only tenant in this contract).
