Two friends F24 and M26 looking for housemate

We are two university friends looking for a new housemate to replace our third friend who is moving out to live with her boyfriend.

We both work in central London and we are in relationships. We enjoy tennis in the evenings/ going to the Gym and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of the house. Being clean and tidy is very important. We are often out in the evenings but also have evenings watching TV in the living room.

The room is a spacious double with its own bathroom. The house has three bathrooms so we each have our own.

We are 5 minutes from Ealing Broadway station which is 16 minutes to Tottenham Court Road and 20 from Liverpool Street on the Elizabeth line but we also have the district line and central line which runs all night.

You can also get the Piccadilly line from Ealing Common station which is 10 minutes walk away.

We are 5 minutes from Ealing Common which is a nice green space and we are a short walk to lots of shops and the centre of Ealing.
