Hello! Looking for a temporary lodger while I go to a fitness retreat in Thailand. I have the biggest and brightest room in our spacious three bedroom ground floor flat, a one minute walk from Ealing Common tube station (District and Piccadilly, Zone 3).

Very large, bright, furnished double with high ceilings. It has a period fireplace as well as beautiful antique furniture including a huge wardrobe and plenty of storage. A very special room.

The flat has a shared living room, bathroom (shower over bath) with separate toilet, eat-in kitchen, laundry room, small living room and pretty garden with fire pit for those Winter nights. It's very spacious with high ceilings and period features.

We have a chilled, clean, homely, friendly vibe in the flat, shared with a cat called Toulouse.

The bills are around £145 for council tax, gas and electric, water, Internet, so total rent and bills for my room is around £650 pcm.

As this is for one month maximum the deposit will be agreed according to how long you plan your length of stay to be, e. g. three weeks = three weeks of rent plus bills.

The room is available from around mid Dec to mid January (flexible +/- a week)

The flat is situated on a beautiful, leafy and quiet residential street only one minute walk away from Ealing Common station, Sainsbury's, Nandos, a Post Office and a couple more minutes away from cafes, good pubs and green spaces (we're lucky to be surrounded by parks).

We're about a 15 minute walk from Ealing Broadway (Central, Zone 3 and National Rail) and there are many buses towards Acton Central (Overground), Uxbridge/Hayes/White City stop at the end of our road. We're well located for the North Circular and M4 too.

We go through an agent (Winkworth) for any issues, which has worked well and things are quickly seen to.
