Great room for rent Earls Court

Hi all!

I have a room coming for rent in my apartment in Earls Court as of 1st December. I'm looking for someone to take over the room.

The flat is great, there's a spacious garden, great kitchen and a very chilled living room.

I keep the place very tidy and get a maid to come around once every 2 weeks.

The room comes furnished, and you'll have your own en-suite bathroom, the room also had direct access to the garden which is great for the summers.

The apartment has pretty much everything you need, full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, ironing board and pretty much everything else you can think of.

The flat is located 1 minute walk to Earls Court station and West Brompton overground.

I currently live in the house and work in the commercial real estate industry. When I'm home I like to just chill and hang out, when it comes closer to the weekend i'll be found in the pubs and am usually out the house, so i'm ideally looking for someone with the same lifestyle.

The flat is lower-ground although it has lots of natural light and has a spacious private garden for own use.
