I will be moving out of my flat and need someone to take over my room!
The room is a double room with good storage and lots fo closet space. The room also has its own bathroom with a bathtub and shower cubicle as well! The rent of the room is £1100/month without bills. Total bills per month are £122 (includes electricity, gas, council tax, wifi, and a cleaner who come twice a month)
The house is located 5 minutes from Earls Court Station and West Brompton Station and is a very spacious space! It has a large common lounge and kitchen with a dining table in there as well!
Amenities such as washer, dryer, dishwasher are all present in the house.
Its a 3 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms, the other 2 rooms are occupied by 2 sociable, chill and friendly girls who are in their mid 20's and are working in London! One of the flatmates has a small adorable dog (toy poodle) who is very well trained and doesn't enter your personal space at all!
The large amount of space in the lounge as well as kitchen makes it easy to work from home as well if needed!
