****Looking a for female to rent my biggest room. Actually there are three bedrooms but the one downstairs is currently a closet for clothes, coats and shoes!

The room has an en-suite shower room and has space to put a TV if you’d like to. The flat has access to private Philbeach Gardens and It’s overlooking It’s nice scenery. We are a 2 minute walk to Earls Court station and the building has been renovated last month. I go to the office everyday until 18:30.

There is a lot of storage and I have a storage room downstairs which’s the size of a double bedroom. I am friendly and tidy!! I don’t mind dogs, would love it actually. Bills are included and the flat is always heated and warm.

I work in property development in South Kensington.
I love my flat and my sister just moved out. We spent so much money designing it, really want to find someone who who’ll appreciate the space and will join it. I like my own space a lot and I’m a good listener to people in my life. I love cooking and enjoy coffee and wine depending on the day. Also it is a massive flat over 80 sqm (860sqft) so much space for everyone in the kitchen, dining area and living area. It is always bright with light from ceiling windows etc. And separate toilet downstairs!
