Travel: It is only 3 minutes walk to Earl's Court tube station (District and Piccadilly lines). West Brompton (overground rail to Shepherd's Bush / Clapham Junction) is also five minutes down Old Brompton Road

Going Out: The Troubador is just up the road, as are numerous pubs and restaurants. South Kensington, the King's Road and Fulham Road are also within fifteen minutes walk, or a short bus ride away. The Natural History Museum and The V&A are also within easy reach.

Shopping: Earl's Court Road has lots of shops, banks, a post office, M&S, dry cleaners etc...There is a Sainsbury's, Co-op and Tesco supermarkets nearby and a Waitrose at Gloucester Road.

Inside: The flat is in a large Georgian building which has been recently decorated. The flat has three double bedrooms and a large sunny roof terrace overlooking Kensington. The flat overall is very bright and warm. There are three period fireplaces and a video entry phone.

The rent does not include all bills . Hi speed fibre optic broadband WiFi is already installed and every room has a work table or desk. there is an arrangement for a cleaning person (he comes for three hours every fortnight)
Six weeks' rent is payable as a deposit and the rent is paid each month in advance. The tenancy agreement is usually renewed every six or twelve months.
