2 Double rooms to rent in 3 bed Earlsfield flat

Hi! Due to our contract ending, my flat mates have chosen to move out but I’m keen to say on at this lovely Earlsfield flat!

There are two double rooms available in the property and the move in date for the flat is 20th September (beginning of sept if necessary) - aware this is a bit ahead of time! The flat has a spacious living space (large living room, separate kitchen, new bathroom and large garden).

One of the rooms is slightly smaller but still a comfortable double, whilst the other is a large double room. The rooms are priced slightly differently, to account for the difference in size: smaller room £530 and bigger room £635 - bills not included but they average around £55 each.

In terms of transport, the closest station is Earlsfield, which is a short walk away. The flat is also close to the Northern Line (24hrs which is perffff for nights out) with Clapham South, Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway all within walking distance/ 1 bus away too. Also approx 5min Uber / direct bus to Clapham Junction. I work in Oxford Circus and it takes a 40 min commute!

I’m a young professional working in Beauty and Consumer PR - looking for friendly, easy going housemates who similarly like a good night out but equally a face mask ft Netflix!
