My double room in a four bedroom Earlsfield flat is becoming available in March. Flexible move is anytime between 10 - 23 March. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms on each level, so you will only be sharing a bathroom with one other. Bathroom has a large shower with waterfall shower head. The room itself is furnished with a double bed (space for storage underneath), a wardrobe with drawers, and bedside table with drawers. There is space that you could easily add a desk or another set of draws if you needed.

The ground floor as an open plan kitchen/dining/living room. There is an outdoor courtyard in front of the flat that is shared with the neighbouring flats. Great for enjoying the sun in summer, and there is also space for bike storage.

A fortnightly cleaner is included in the rent price. Bills are additional and average around £70/month. This includes all the usual, plus NowTV in the living room.

Exisiting flatmates are 3 working professionals (2 British guys working in marketing and recruitment, 1 Canadian girl who is office manager). All quite busy with work during the week, but enjoy a chat in the lounge or watching NowTV in the evening, and head to the pubs in Earlsfield during the weekends and to watch the football.

Flat is in a great location 2 minutes walk from Earlsfield Station. From there you are 15 minutes into Waterloo, which then leaves you an easy hop into the city on any of the Jubilee/Northern/Bakerloo/Wate rloo & City Lines. Also one stop away from Clapham Junction - so easy to get anywhere!

Lease is managed through an agency which has £100 fee. The leases are for each room rather than the house. 6 weeks security deposit required (£900), and one month of rent paid in advance to move in (£650).
