We have 2 lovely double rooms to rent in our 4 bed victorian terrace house in Earlsfield. The house is around a 5 minute walk to Earlsfield station with great links into Central London (Clapham Junction in 3 mins / Waterloo in 12 mins).

Both rooms are situated on the 3rd floor of the house along with a Shower room which will be shared only with the other Tennant.

We are a couple and have a Spaniel named Toby who is lovely and playful - We have a cleaner who comes twice a week and we also both smoke.

You will have access to a shared kitchen and garden and the front room in the house (pictured) will be converted into a more suitable living room space with TV etc. There is street parking available but you will need to purchase a permit from the council.

All bills are included with the rent and we will ask for 1 months rent as a deposit.
