We are a friendly bunch who have all lived together for a number of years. We are looking for someone chill and long term to complete the house.

The room has large window looking on the back garden, which lets in a lot of natural light all day long and makes it beautifully quiet allowing an opened window at night. It is warm and cosy and has lots of storage space with a fitted wardrobe. It comes furnished with a large shelving unit and a single bed. There is room for a double bed and the departing housemate is happy to leave it behind for £50.

The room is available from the 8th of November. Viewings are welcome ideally after 7pm on weekdays and flexible on weekends, please get in touch and we'll arrange something.

The house is a very homey, beautiful and quirky Victorian house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, and an incredible back garden with a wooden shed. Benefits include fibre broadband wifi, lots of storage space, a bath with a strong shower head, a dishwasher, street parking, bbq and picnic table outside and many more perks. Plenty of local pubs and cafes mere stumbling distance from the front door supermarkets, pharmacy, medical centre, a huge park.

All bills split equally between the housemates, but are very reasonable especially having Wandsworth council tax rates. Coming in around £80 pcm which includes a fortnightly cleaner, fast wireless broadband, gas, electricity, council tax etc.

Earlsfield is a beautiful residential area, with amazing transport links (less than 15 mins to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall, Waterloo, Putney and Wimbledon!), lots of shops, cafes, parks, gyms and all sorts of amenities nearby. The property is ideally located, only 1 min walking to the bus stop (77, 44, 270, N44), ~7 mins walking from the train station, and ~15 mins walking through the King George's Park to Southfield tube station (District line - Wimbledon branch). There are a Tesco, a Sainsbury's and a Co-op just down the road, Southside shopping centre is only 15 mins walking. It’s on an ideal quiet street right by the main road, with plenty of street parking so that If you have a car or a bike (free parking for bikes) you can typically find parking right in front.

The current housemates are 3 really nice and friendly chaps who have been living in the house for many years, which contributes to the real homely feeling you get throughout the house. All professionals who are welcoming and sociable and enjoy hanging out together when they're around, but still considerate and happy to do their own thing. Interests are varied from motorcycles, to music, video games and movies.
