I have a spare double room in a lovely 2 bedroom garden flat situated in a nice part of Earlsfield, Wandsworth less than 5 minutes walk from the overground train station. (Photo of the room to be uploaded ASAP)

The flat is nice and light, with has plenty of space. The living room is at the front of the property and the large kitchen at the back, with double doors onto a south facing garden. The flat has a nice character about it, with original wooden floors through out most of the rooms. The bedroom available is a double with a comfy bed and lots of storage and light.

I’m a 35 year old professional and have lived in Earlsfield for about a year. My office is in town in Marylebone although work takes me around the UK and occasionally abroad so can spend some nights away mid-week. Weekends can either be exercising and seeing mates in town or visiting friends away from London. My wild nights out are behind me I’m afraid but always up for a pint or a glass of wine in the evenings. Looking for someone with a similar priorities and outlook. I also like to keep the place tidy and would be up for getting a cleaner, although that’s not an absolute must.

I live on a leafy back street, with plenty of parking. The neighbours are quiet and considerate. Earlsfield has loads of nice pubs, cafes and restaurants and is really well connected into central London, with trains running every 3 minutes at rush hour.

Vauxhall Station is 2 stops and takes less than 10 minutes. Oxford Circus takes about 20 minutes and Bank about 25 minutes.

I cycle into Marylebone most days and it takes about 35 minutes. The route is lovely, through Wandsworth and Clapham Common.

The room is available from the end of November / beginning of December. Would consider either a Monday – Friday or an All-Week arrangement.
