I am looking for a replacement from the 17th of December in this great ground floor flat with lovely housemates! It’s a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and storage space. The flat is modern and clean, we have two bathrooms and a free parking place in our secure gated block (space for bikes too). There’s a big sitting room with a skylight (feels really airy and open) dining table and open plan kitchen.

The flat is close to shops, bars and restaurants - it's less than 5 minute walk to Southside shopping centre. King George’s Park (with tennis courts) is also a stone's throw away! There are also a number of gyms closeby.

There's a Tesco Metro and Co-op less than 2 minutes away, but the flat is very quiet inside! I’ve never slept better.

Seven minute walk from Earlsfield station (or a speedy bus ride), about a 15 minute walk to Southfields tube and very close bus stops to get to Putney, Clapham and Tooting.

Current flatmates are professionals (normal mon-fri jobs), male (from South Africa, accountant) and female (English, economist) and are looking for ideally a female to join the flat. Both are relaxed, tidy and lovely! They have busy work lives and won’t be in every evening/weekend, the house is a home rather than just a rented room. I have been renting here for 4 ½ years and enjoyed every minute.

A monthly direct debit is deposited to a shared account of £120 per month to cover all bills, cleaning products and a cleaner every other week. Total cost per month is £770 (£650 rent). The tenancy agreement expires on the 3rd July, however since the original lease back in 2010 the landlord has renewed the lease every two years. I am unsure of current agency fees, however I am aware that legally the agent can only charge £50 plus VAT max.

Ideally the move in date would be from the 17th December, but I can be somewhat flexible on this date after that date for the right tenant.
