***UPDATE NOV 2022- Landlady is looking to sell so probably 6-12 months rental. ***
Hi It’s Abigail and Roseanna here. We are in our early 40’s and ideally looking for a female around the same age or at least in their 30s. We have a lovely single room available in a great house share in Earlsfield.
The room has a single bed (which has storage space underneath and inside it), bedside table and possibly a wardrobe (if you would like it). The house consists of three bedrooms, a big lounge, good sized kitchen and a bathroom shared with only one other person. We also have a nice sized outside space.
We tend to be quite chilled during the working week. This is not a party house although we do like to have fun. We like to have dinner/drink in the evening together from time to time but also respect each other’s need for space.
We have a bus stop (77) outside the house and other bus routes a short walk away as well as Earlsfield train station (8 min walk). We also have the Southside Shopping centre not too far away. Bills are not included. If you have further questions, please send a message and we’d be happy to help. 😊
