Large Double Room - Great Location!

We are looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely home (sorry - no WFH!). We are all working professionals who work mon-fri and are out and about through the week.

The house is located approx. 5 mins walk from Earlsfield station and bus routes 44, 270 and 77, so it is well connected to Central London (under 15 mins. to Waterloo), Clapham Junction (5 mins on train), Wimbledon (5 mins on train), Tooting and Wandsworth.

We have a lovely two storey, well-maintained house with a garden. The house itself is fitted with all the usual, including: washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. There is a separate laundry/utility room (practically unheard of in London), a separate living area, a shed, and plenty of fridge and freezer space for all. It is a well maintained property with a very proactive landlord who is AMAZING!
Bills are not included in the rent but come to around £75 per month plus the gas and electricity bill which comes quarterly and can vary depending on the season (eg heating etc). The monthly bills include: Broadband internet, Council Tax, TV licence, Cleaner (fortnightly), and Water bill.

The room itself is large and furnished and is located upstairs. It has storage space with a cupboard and drawers, as well as bed, and side table. There is space to add a small desk if needed.

As far as housemates go, we are an easy-going bunch who each seem to live quite busy lives, but are also happy to chat/socialise when our paths do cross. We are all working professionals.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, clean, and respectful, and who (like us) will treat our house like a home :) We are looking for someone who does not work from home.
