The property has very decent communal space - an eat-in kitchen, a nice garden for the summer, and a separate sitting room and is well decorated throughout. You would share the main bathroom with two other females.

Bills are not included but they're pretty reasonable - council tax is just £15 per month per person.

You'd be sharing the flat with 2 other very friendly and houseproud female professionals (both from UK - mid twenties/early 30's) . We welcome any nationality but you need to be a reasonably competent English speaker.
