Very large double room available in a friendly 3 bedroom house from 1st September (or sooner if needed). You will be sharing with 2 young professionals, both female, aged 25 and 26. We're very friendly, sociable girls who enjoy all the usual things... Going out, staying in and shopping!

The room is furnished and available from 1st September, however move dates are flexible if you need to move earlier. The house is newly renovated, including a brand new kitchen with all appliances (fridge, freezer, microwave, hob/oven, dishwasher) and a patio garden to enjoy Summer BBQs. There is a communal living room with SKY TV and broadband.

- 2 minutes walk from Earlsfield Station
- Regular buses to Wandsworth, Clapham Junction, Waterloo and Central London (including night buses)
- Close to shops and amenities (local Sainsburys, newsagents, nearby pubs and restaurants)
- You will be required to supply a reference

We are looking for a friendly, considerate professional who wants to be part of a homely house share.
