I have lived here for nearly 9 years and love the area. It is conveniently located between Earlsfield, Wandsworth Common and Tooting Broadway, which are all full of great coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets etc.

The flat benefits from great transport links in to Central London:

*10 minutes walk to Earlsfield Station (overground zone 3). From here:
-12 minutes to Waterloo
- 8 minutes to Vauxhall
- 4 minutes to Clapham Junction
- 4 minutes to Wimbledon

*10 minutes walk to Tooting Broadway Station (Northern Line)

*20 minute bus journey to Wandsworth Common overground station.

There are also buses (44, 77, 270 and G1) operating to and from Earlsfield, Wandsworth Common and Tooting Broadway. The flat is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop.

Wandsworth Town and Wimbledon are also very easily accessible either by walk, train or bus.

I am 38 and work for a property company. I have a busy work week and active social life, but also like nights in and chilled out weekends.
