Hello! I am seeking a newhousemate to join me. Available Now. (January 1st 2018) Please read below for the details.

SAFE, QUIET LOCATION
5 minutes walk to Earlsfield BR station - 12 minutes to Waterloo.
15 mins walk to Southfields District line or 5 minutes cycle.
3 mins walk to Tesco Local. Further 3 mins to the Sainsbury Local.

THE HOUSE
The double room is in a 2 bedroom terraced house. Stylishly recently decorated, there is a comfy double bed, bed side table and lots of storage. The room includes its own bathroom, which has recently been refurbished with bath, shower, loo, basin.

There is a large living area with big internet TV, a sofa and armchair. The dining space has a table and more than enough chairs to entertain up to 8 people should you wish. At the back of the house is a big kitchen with double doors onto the small patio garden. The kitchen has all the mod cons, and an island where you could sit and work in the evening.

The garden has plenty of space for a bicycle.

THE HOUSEMATES
I am a local personal fitness trainer, often out early mornings and evenings. During the week I v. occasionally have people round (book club dinner, coffee) but this is not a party house. It is however a lovely place to relax and de-stress, cooking or watching TV.

Harry and Hector are my miniature schnauzer dogs. They are friendly and funny but would be no bother to you. (Unless you are keen to walk a dog!)

We are all experienced in living with lodgers and keen for you to feel totally at home with us.
