My sister (Lottie) and I are are 28 y/o looking for a friendly, clean and tidy flat mate to join us.

We are live in landlords and have refurbished our flat so you will have a fully furnished double bedroom and will share the main bathroom.

The flat benefits from services including, fast WiFi, Sky (movies & sports), Netflix & Amazon Prime. The flat also benefits from modern Siemens appliance (washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer) as well as direct access onto a shared decked terrace with seating and BBQ included.

We take great pride in our flat and therefore we expect that you will keep your own space clean and tidy as well as helping to keep the shared space in good order.

ABOUT US - We are very easy going people, sporty, and social and love having our friends over for dinners occasionally. We are currently working from home but likely to return to office working for the majority of the time (covid permitting).

TRANSPORT - Our flat is located on a residential road, 10 minutes walk from Earlsfield station. If you are feeling lazy there are also buses that run from across the road down to the station every 2 minutes. The train from Earlsfield arrives every 2 minutes in the mornings and can get into Waterloo in 12 minutes. Alternatively it is a 15 minute walk to Southfields station.

AREA - The flat benefits from local amenities within a short walk including; King George’s park, the local co-op, larger Sainsbury’s and Waitrose and Southside Shopping Centre (with cinema, gyms & restaurants). There are also some lovely family run restaurants (Italian and Thai) on your doorstep.

TIMINGS - we are looking for someone immediately to stay for approx 3 months with the potential to extend on a monthly rolling basis. We are happy to discuss arrangements in more detail.

BILLS INCLUDED - but average £100 pcm per person (council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet, sky, tv licence).

CAR PARKING - permits available for on street parking.
