Hi Everyone,
Our housemate is moving out and we would love to find someone to take his spot so that we don't have to move out of our lovely house! The room is a large double that comes furnished with a bed, a wardrobe and a desk. If you would prefer it unfurnished, that is also totally ok!
The property is a three bedroom house, with a driveway and large private garden. It is a 7 minute walk from Earlsfield station, which is only 13 minutes from Waterloo. It is also a 5 minute bus journey from Tooting Broadway meaning within easy reach of the tube line as well.
My housemate and I are both professionals (I'm a teacher and Daniel work in politics) and we enjoy a mix of social activities (food, drinking - the usual) as well as having an evening in watching a film, playing a board game, or having a cheeky weekday drink and catch-up! We are looking for a housemate who doesn't just want to just call the house a place to sleep, but wants to contribute towards the homely feel that the house has.
If you have any questions, let me know!
