Double room in beautiful half house, East Dulwich

I have an opportunity to rent a beautiful 2 double bedroom half house flat in the centre of East Dulwich off Lordship Lane (Pellatt Rd) with a garden. I need to find a lovely second person (preferably female) to live with in order to secure the flat. Move in date is flexible.

I’m in my early thirties and work in the NHS currently doing a clinical psychology doctorate. I’m friendly, easy going, love to enjoy/explore the local areas and venture into central London. I’m looking for someone who, like me, values home as a cosy and restful place to sleep and relax and who is considerate and relatively tidy. I’m hoping to find someone who would also like to make some meals together, chat over tea, binge on Netflix and go hang out in the local areas - pubs/restaurants/cafes/browsin g shops, as well as do their own thing. I love interior design and would be looking to make the place a home rather than a student feel. I have recently started ceramics so am also slowly trying to make all sorts of useful things.

I have previously owned my own property and am selling to the co-owner and renting my own place so I have some nice pictures and bits of furniture to bring with me.
