The room is located in my 3 bedroom ground floor flat that was refurbished in October 2018 including the fitting of a new kitchen. The room is furnished with a single bed, a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and optional television.

Access to the living area, fibre optic broadband and all utilities are included in the advertised rent of £600/calendar month. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer as well as a double oven with extractor hood and a fridge freezer. The property has a wet room shower, no bath. There is also access to a lovely shared outdoor garden area where we have our own patio with table, chairs and a parasol.

The flat is located 8-10 minute walk to Denmark Hill Station and Kings College Hospital. Great transport links into central London/ Across London via National Rail, Overground and via bus routes - Situated in Zone 2. 10 minutes by bus to the Lordship Lane area of East Dulwich and in the opposite direction to Camberwell Green. 7 minute walk to the bus stop serving multiple routes.

About Me:

I am a mature 26 year old registered nurse working within the NHS at a local hospital. On my days off I enjoy going out for a meal/ few drinks, visiting new places, taking my daughter out in and around London and visiting family; I enjoy watching movies and listening to music. I am very clean and tidy and like to keep a clean and organised home.

*COVID-19: Please note that as a nurse I do not wear my uniform in the house/ to or from work :-)

Prospective Lodger:

I am ideally looking for a professional female lodger, however students are also welcome :-) My current lodger is an international MSc student, however her course is coming to an end.

The lodger must be someone who is friendly, considerate, clean and tidy. Non smoker and no pets please. Long term lodgings preferred however short term will be considered.
