The rent of £540 includes utilities, council tax and Wi-Fi. A deposit of £540 is required upon sign up as well as one month’s pro-rata rent.

The room comes fully furnished, including a single bed, a bedside cabinet, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk and a chair.


The living area has sofa, chairs and a dining table with four chairs. The communal kitchen is equipped with a cooker, a fridge/freezer and a microwave. There is also a TV aerial socket in the kitchen/diner, which connects to a Sky satellite dish on the roof.

There is an on-site laundrette, bike storage facility and parking.

Located just five minutes walk from East Dulwich train station (Zone 2) or fifteen minutes from Denmark Hill, the flat is also a five minute walk to bus stops into South and Central London.

East Dulwich is home to many shops, restaurants, cafes and a cinema. Dulwich Village nearby is an idyllic city village and is home to Belair Park and Dulwich Park.

Lordship Lane and its surrounding streets is a ten to fifteen minute walk from the flat.

Sainsbury’s Superstore and Marks and Spencers are a five minute walk away.
