Hello!

I'm moving at the end of the month for work and am looking for someone to replace me. I'll be sad to leave, the house is an absolute bargain and a great place to live.

The bedroom is very cosy, furnished and south facing. It is located at the rear room on the 1st floor of our terraced Victoria home (so you get a nice view of the garden!). The room does not have an en-suite.

The house is very spacious. One of the flatmates lives in the converted attic space with the two other flatmates on the 1st floor along with the shower/toilet. The ground floor has a nice big kitchen and lounge room as well as a room which we mostly use for storing bikes. The basement has the laundry facilities. There is plenty of room for storage around the house.

You will be living with an French man, an English girl and an American man. They're fun people and enjoy travelling and hanging out in London so it's a nice sociable house.

We're looking for someone who is clean and tidy and fun of course, but also somebody who is looking for a place to call home and who wants to hang out in the evening etc.

The move in date is the end of January.

Internet bill is included. Council tax, water and gas aren't.
