Double Bedroom in beautiful townhouse

Hi everyone!

We have one amazing double bedroom up for grabs in our beautiful townhouse in East Dulwich.

About the room -
The room is on the top floor of the three story house. It has three huge floor to ceiling inbuilt cupboards with shelving and clothing rails, so storage won't be a problem at all. It's £770 and available from end of April. You'd share top floor bathroom with Holly. The overhead walk-in power shower isn't one to be missed!

BILLS aren't included but come to approx £80-85 pcm each, including internet and a cleaner.

The house itself has beautifully furnished living areas and open plan kitchen with french doors to garden. There are three bathrooms in the house (great showers), one huge combined living room dining room, and a big kitchen that has plenty of room for multiple people to be cooking/chatting/eating at once.

You would be moving into a fantastic house with five rooms total. The three current housemates that will be left are all professionals (2 female, 2 male). We're all fairly chilled during the week, generally hanging out in the evenings, maybe sharing a gin or wine whilst watching Peaky Blinders and all quite social on the weekends, enjoying making the most of this buzzing social area of London. This is an absolute gem of a house - it's a great entertaining space, in a beautiful area with really lovely landlords who live nearby and are super friendly and easy to chat with.

In terms of what we're looking for - rather than just a housemate we are really hoping to find a friend that wants to a 'home' rather than just a house to crash in. Someone who is keen to hang out on the sofa sometimes, maybe come to the EDT for some drinks and generally just be pals!

If you're not familiar with the area, it's one of the best in London in my opinion. Well connected to central but with a real neighbourhood vibe, we're 30 seconds from Lordship Lane which has numerous restaurants, pubs and bars. We're across the road from Goose Green and close to Peckham Rye Park and Dulwich Park, with the woods 10 minutes away - good for running, football and any other manner of outdoor sports.

5 minutes walk to East Dulwich Station with trains to London Bridge in 15 minutes. 15 minutes walk to Peckham Rye and Denmark Hill both with Overground and Thameslink to the city and East Ldn. There are loads of buses going to to all parts of London from just round the corner.

Also free street parking and there are pretty much always spaces available!
