We have a lovely sunny double room available in our house, just off Lordship Lane. We're looking for a sociable, tidy and considerate housemate to move in - room available from 17th of August!

The room is light and spacious, sitting on the second floor. The house is set over three floors with a large lounge / dining room, shared bathroom (one room has ensuite). We're on a quiet street only 1 minute walk from the lovely independent shops, bars and picturehouse cinema on Lordship Lane. We have a deli, cheese shop and butchers at the end of the road, and small supermarkets are less than 10 mins walk away. The location is absolutely brilliant if you want a buzzy, vibrant area with lots of green space nearby. It's only 14 mins to London Bridge from East Dulwich train station, and the bus routes are great.

We are all professionals, working in a range of industries (travel, design, sports, tv). We get on really well, enjoy chatting while cooking, watching a movie, going to the occasional class together etc. Ideally, our new housemate would be up for a chat / drink at the pub, but also keen for peaceful evenings during the week! Although there's 5 of us, we're all busy and do our own thing so it never feels crowded.

All bills are included. It's a bargain for such a good location.
