One month September sublet available in East Dulwich/Forest Hill area! Lovely double room in light and bright flat with balcony.
The flat is a lovely two-bed Victorian duplex with loads of space and natural sunlight, a small balcony – and a separate study, perfect for wfh. Regrettably, the flat is not wheelchair accessible.
We’re right at the top of Lordship Lane (10-15 mins to shops) with buses to Camberwell/Elephant and Castle/Central from just the end of the road (3 mins) and a 20-25 mins walk to national rail and overground (West/North/East Dulwich, Forest Hill). Lots of green spaces around – 5-10 mins walk Dulwich Park, Peckham Rye, Horniman Museum and Dulwich/Sydenham Woods!
I’m looking for a like-minded, clean and considerate flatmate who can help me look after my ailing plants and cook/read/watch netflix, but who also likes their own space. I enjoy most of your usual millennial preoccupations and being outside lots! I work from home for an MP at the moment and have a partner who - in regular times - stays over once a week or so.
If you’re interested drop me a message 😊
