Greetings, I'm looking for someone to fill a charming, light, medium size, well-appointed room in my Victorian house.
House is 7 mins from East Dulwich station, 12 mins from Peckham Rye and 12 mins from Denmark Hill.
House has high spec large kitchen, gorgeous garden and newly renovated bathroom - shared with two others. I'd prefer the living room to be more my own space.
I'm a freelance writer working in interior design. Have another lovely housemate.
Would love a busy professional who just wants to crash in the evenings and doesn't really have to be social. Would prefer someone who doesn't want to socialise at the house lots and doesn't invite lots of friends over but is happy for quiet household drinks and dinners occasionally. Very laid back and friendly. Creative type would be ideal.
