Short let - Double bedroom East Dulwich

I'm looking for someone to take over the remainder of my contract (until 31st August). Perfect for short-term lets for the summer months.

Bills are on average £30 per month. Wifi is speedy M200 Fibre broadband.

The house is located within walking distance of East Dulwich and Peckham Rye overground stations and is minutes away from several bus routes. The house itself is a large 3 floor building on a quiet street and a short walk from Lordship lane which has lots of independent cafes and pubs, plus M&S, co-op & not far from a large Sainsbury's. The house is situated in between Peckham park & Dulwich park.
The house share is with a group of friendly, young student nurses who have a mix of university lectures & work placements. The house is very respectful of other people's work shift patterns. Everyone is very sociable & like to cook, watch movies and have drinks together but also respect each other's space.

The house is newly renovated and has spacious bedrooms and living areas. The kitchen has 2 fridges, washer, oven, hobs and lots of cupboard space. There are 3 bathrooms with toilets and shower/bath. There’s also a nice outside area with tables and chairs for sitting outside in warm weather.

The room is a spacious double with a large window, wooden floors and furnished with a wardrobe, desk, bed and chest of drawers. It is located on the middle of 3 floors.
