its 10 mins to both east Dulwich station and Peckham Rye stations with access central London and overground services and its right round the corner from Peckham Rye Park and Goose Green.

the room is large (roughly 3.7x4m) and comes with a double bed and I'm happy to discuss leaving other furniture

there is 5 months left on the current contract but you can always renew it and stay longer.

You will be living with Josh, 31 who works in the creative industries in music and design.

The house is very peaceful with a garden and patio area where you can sit and have a morning coffee and the neighbours who live above us have filled the garden with plants so that's a +.
