2 double rooms available in East Dulwich

Hello everyone!
We have one double room available in a 4 bedroom house in East Dulwich (the other has now been filled).
The rooms are bright and airy with a nice view of the London skyline. There are 2 showers and 3 toilets, as well as a huge south facing garden.
The house is unfurnished. We just moved in two months ago so are still in the process of decorating. You would be sharing the house with me and my housemate Becky. We are both in our late twenties, so ideally looking for people of a similar age. I work in social media and content creation in the food industry and Becky is a graphic designer in the fashion industry, and currently both working from home. We both have busy lives but spend quite a lot of time together, and equally respect each other’s space. Between us, we enjoy cooking, playing music, going to exhibitions, and having the occasional boogie on a night out. We are looking for like-minded people who are friendly, clean and considerate and want to make this house a home.
The room is available immediately at £750 p/m excl bills (with a 5 weeks deposit). We're looking for someone to move in ASAP, ideally a guy but open to all.
