I have a spare room available to rent Monday – Friday - Female only. Ideal for a professional or mature student who needs a London base a few days a week.
The room comes with a brand new mattress, single bed, chest of drawers, mirror and clothes rail. The room is yours and you’re welcome to keep any clothes / toiletries etc there over the weekend.
This is a nicely furnished 2-bedroom garden flat on a quiet road. You’ll have the use of a shared bathroom (although I’m out every morning so you’ll have the bathroom to yourself), kitchen, dining room, lounge and garden. Enjoy all the kitchen amenities and you can keep your food in the fridge/ freezer. The flat is non-smoking but you can smoke outside.
It’s a 5 minute walk to East Dulwich’s Lordship Lane – with loads of cafes and restaurants, or a 10-15 minute walk/bus to Peckham Rye.
Parking guaranteed. WiFi, bills and weekly cleaning included.
