I have two double rooms available in my house, located in a quiet residential road in East Dulwich. There is one living room, 2 bathrooms an open plan ground floor and garden. and a very friendly Labrador!
Parking is no problem, can usually park outside the house. Transport is good as there are plenty of buses to Forest Hill, Peckham Rye, East and West Dulwich Stations
I am looking for a female preferably, but not essential, professional, no couples, no smoking.

I am a carpenter and photographer, friendly and sociable, and like a glass of wine!
