My room in our house in East Dulwich is available immediately with another year left on the contract until next August. I'm paid up on my rent until the 16th July, so I guess I can wait that long, but I'd rather not!

It's a big double room at the front of the house, lots of room for activities, comes complete with furniture, a garden, a cat and a garage for bikes or crying.

People are as sociable as you want to be - want to be a recluse and play Xbox until your eyes bleed? They won't disturb you. Want to make group cooking classes and drink wine every night? They'll be beside you. Most of the time anyway.

There's always someone at home, even if it's just the cat, but there's a good vibe and sense of security at the place - the neighbours are great as well, you'll be next to the Mayor of Southwark, and who doesn't want that?
