Double room in East Dulwich flatshare

We have one double room available in our spacious 1st floor flat in East Dulwich: Available from June.

Sunny en suite (shower and toilet) double room has a lovely garden view, very quiet (£750). Or large but with no en suite room, also sunny and quiet (£800)..
The price includes all utility bills, council tax and wireless broadband internet.

We are a professional couple, one male classical violinist and one female nurse (frontline), looking for other professionals to join our home. Must be non-smoker, VERY CLEAN and tidy at least in the communal areas, and must like cats as there is one friendly tabby in the house. Also we are looking for a person who communicates well with others!
Please be aware that the professional musician will be practising at home.

The property is an 8-minute walk to East Dulwich Station and trendy Lordship Lane with its shops, pubs, bars and restaurants. A short 15-minute bus ride to/from Brixton Underground can be found at the bus stop right in front of the door. Herne Hill station (for Thameslink) is 8-minutes away on the same bus. North Dulwich station is about 10-minutes walk away.
