Double room available in East Dulwich

I have a double bedroom in a lovely flat in East Dulwich, that will be available to rent as soon as possible. The flat is in an excellent location - around a 30 second walk from East Dulwich Station - and just a few minutes walk to Sainsbury's as well Lordship Lane with all of it's pubs, restaurants, and shops. The area has got a great community feel, and always feels a safe place to be.

The flat itself is very light and clean, and whilst the bedroom is unfurnished, the rest of the flat is furnished from my existing tenancy and has a cosy, but modern feel.

As for me, I'm looking for a flatmate that wants to feel like they're living with a friend, rather than just renting a room in a shared space. I work Monday to Friday, so I enjoy coming home in the evenings to a relaxing and peaceful environment, and having a catch up over a cup of tea or a beer. Outside of my work life I'm a sociable and active person who enjoys both playing and watching sport, socialising with friends and family, and heading to the local pub for a pint. I'm looking for somebody that's neat and tidy, fun, friendly and sociable, and just up for having a bit of a laugh in a relaxed home.
