Hi all,
I am looking for a short term tenant from early July as I will be moving out then. My housemate is a 28 year old male who currently works in the public sector. We are looking for someone between the ages of 20-34 to come in for around 3-4 months. The flat is ideally located, only a 10-15 minute walk from East Finchley(zone 3) station and directly accessible on the 263 bus route. The flat has a lovely large living room and a very comfortable room to enjoy! It is also in a very quiet neighbourhood. The bedroom comes furnished with storage space but the bed in there is currently my own. If it is easier to facilitate a quick move, I'm happy to discuss selling it on.
