I'm sadly leaving my ensuite room with a huge wardrobe, air conditioning and underfloor heating in a large, beautiful flat.
It's a new build (8 flats only), very clean and modern with warm, efficient heating, and a very large living area with fantastic natural light. Unrestricted parking on our street (no permit needed).
You'll be sharing with two really lovely flatmates (Jade and Tim). We're all young professionals so would prefer someone friendly, tidy and responsible.
Our bills are pretty much fixed and we pay £110 each per month for everything
