Room 1 & 2 (Double room + Shared Bathroom): This is a fully furnished double bedroom with a wardrobe, cupboard and bed. Some bills such as council tax is included, cable and wireless broadband. The room is situated upstairs in a four bedroom house.

Room 3 (Ensuite + Double room): This ensuite double bedroom is fully furnished with a wardrobe, cable, cupboard and your own bathroom. The room is situated downstairs in a four bedroom house.

You will all share a fully fitted kitchen, living room, dining room, and garden with 3 other clean female professionals.

***This property is suited for professionals, no couples and long stay of partners is allowed****

Location: The house is located on Long lane, East Finchley. Excellent road links to the North, A406, A1, M1, A41, A5 and the M25. It takes 10 - 15 minutes to walk to East Finchley/Finchley Central tube station and there are buses 102, 143, 234, 382, 263 etc from the bottom of the road that go to places such as North Finchley, Barnet, Golders Green, Brent Cross, Hampstead, Swiss Cottage, Highgate and Archway. N20 from Tottenham Court Rd and Trafalgar Sq.

There is also coffee shops, cafes banks, tescos, gym on the high street and Hollywood Bowl which includes: Vue Cinema, Nandos, Wagamamas, Mc Donalds, KFC, Tesco, Banks etc very close by.

Cost of room 3 (Ensuite) £675 per month including bills other than cleaner & Gardner

We would require a month security deposit and rent is payable monthly in advance. One month notice required if you wish to move out.

Please note: A cleaner will come to clean the property every 2 weeks and a Gardner every 4-6 weeks. This is not included in the monthly rent
