Airy and bright flat

Hello Everyone!

I am currently leaving this lovely flat as I have a new job elsewhere.

The room:
It is a bright and airy double room with a comfy bed which is less than 12 months old. The room comes with a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and table. Also a shoe rack, wooden clothes rail and bookcase.

The flat:
There is a shared kitchen/ dining area and bathroom. The kitchen area is a nice communal space with two double sofas and a small dining table. The flat has been well maintained with a new cooker and washing machine in the last two years. The bathroom has a separate shower and bath.

The flatmates:
Jenn is originally from Ireland and has been living in London for 7 years. She loves to cook, socialise and takes regular trips to the theatre.
Cati is originally from Spain, bakes often, and loves to keep fit!
We tend to sit and chat in the kitchen, and have a laugh at the end of the day. At the weekend we usually do our own thing but like to take the odd brunch on a Sunday in Muswell Hill which is just 20 minutes away. We're looking for someone who is friendly and sociable and will treat the flat like a home.

Location:
East Finchley is a lovely, friendly residential neighbourhood. With its wide selection of restaurants, takeaways and coffee shops plus the Phoenix cinema you don’t have far to go enjoy the area. The local pubs are great for a quiet drink or something to eat. There is a Budgens and Iceland opposite the flat and lovely independent grocery shops on the High Road. Cherry Tree park is opposite the tube station and is a lovely place for a walk or picnic in the good weather. If you like walking or jogging Highgate Wood, Hampstead Heath and Alexandra Park are close by. Muswell Hill is a 15 minute walk with independent shops and restaurants. There is a French market every four months and there are community fairs taking place during the summer showing the friendly feel of East Finchley.

Transport:
The flat is less than a five minute walk to East Finchley tube station (Zone Three) on the Northern Line. It only takes 20 minutes to get to central London. The bus stop is just outside the flat with the 263, 143, 102 and 234. The N20 nightbus stop is a three minute walk. It is a good area and I have always felt safe travelling back late at night.

Bills:
The electricity, gas and water bills are paid quarterly and are very reasonable. Council tax is paid monthly. The SKY tv and WIFI is paid monthly.
