Lovely flatmate wanted for my home in North London

Looking for a nice flatmate that is a working professional to live with me in my home.

A lovely home in East Finchley with a nice spacious living room, hallway and good sized kitchen and outdoor garden/decking area. There is storage space as well and i have a little bar in the living room but im not an alcoholic 🤣

Im a lively character, very outgoing and creative individual but very sensible also. I am a tidy individual, very mindful of people and not a smoker and don't have any pets. Im quite a people person hence my line of work and very friendly. I have a busy lifestyle so would spend most of my time out of the house unless im having a bit of chill time which we all need once in a while. I keep myself to myself but equally as warm if we were to sit down and have dinner together, i can keep the conversation flowing.

I am looking for a flatmate that likes a good conversation where we could enjoy a glass of wine from time to time but respectful of ones privacy and space as well which of course i will be too.

I go out from time to time but not a party animal so would prefer someone that can enjoy a drink but not wild person and no drugs.

I work in fashion and im a dancer so free dance and PT sessions for my new roommate is potentionally on the cards.
