One double room available from the start of February 2021 in East Finchley (North London) at a great price!

You will be living with three girls, all in their 20’s. As a flat we love to socialise and often have dinner, grab drinks & watch TV together - but we’re also respectful of each other's personal space too.

The rent is £508 a month, so great value for London and we all equally share the bills (electric, gas, heating, water, TV license & internet). These come to around £50-£55 each month.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, small chest of draws, full-length wall mirror and built-in cupboards. There’s lots of space under the bed and built-in cupboards in the corridor too that can be used for storage - we keep suitcases, coats, bedding and other things in there ATM - so there’s plenty of room. I have a lot of stuff and have never struggled with storing everything.

The flat has a shared bathroom and a large kitchen/living area, with a dining table, TV and two sofas. The pictures really do not do it justice, it’s a lovely big open space that’s great for socialising whilst cooking dinner.

The flat is a 5-minute walk from East Finchley station (Northern line). From here there are great transport links into the city. King’s Cross and Oxford Street are about 20 minutes away on the tube and Euston is about 10.

The flat is situated on a street that includes lots of useful shops as well as plenty of bakeries, restaurants and coffee shops. There’s also an Iceland and a Sainsbury’s on the street that are open ‪until 11pm‬.

If you have a car there are plenty of side streets with parking, you just need to request a permit, or there is a restriction-free road 5-minutes walk away.
